Designed in 2022, this comprehensive renovation fulfilled the clients’ vision for an additional level with two bedrooms and an ensuite, a redesigned open-plan living area, and a new double garage.

It features a striking lobby centered around a lively bar, adorned with terrazzo flooring and a mix of wooden panelling and ceramic mosaics, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both business and leisure guests.
