Halel Arch carried out minimal structural changes and maximum attention to detail in the renovation of an apartment in Giv’at Shemu’el, Israel. Designed in 2025, the Living the Dream project was completed for a couple in their 50s and their children, aiming to create an organised and calming living environment. Despite debates about moving, the clients chose to remain in their beloved community after the design team’s upgrade met their needs.
The Zoé Apartment, designed by Angá Arquitetura in São Paulo, Brazil, is a vibrant, life-affirming home that embodies the Greek meaning of its name. The 105 sq. meter apartment underwent thoughtful modifications to meet the needs of its young couple residents, resulting in a harmonious blend of functionality, warmth, and personality. The designers have crafted a refined and elegant kitchen, providing a versatile backdrop that adds a touch of sophistication to the space.
