Rustic Elegance in Countryside Architecture
Nestled in serene countryside, this self-built, three-story leisure home stands as a testament to the owner’s vision. Its design showcases a blend of exposed concrete and black granite, creating a strikingly simple aesthetic. The architectural lines are clean, forming a structure reminiscent of a long box gracefully perched on the land.
A Harmonious Blend of Light and Space
Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a spacious living room, boasting a double-height ceiling reaching 6 meters (nearly 20 feet). Immense glass windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the room’s openness. The TV wall, adorned with weathered travertine stones, stretches from floor to ceiling, amplifying the sense of height. Flanking the room, external windows invite a balanced influx of outdoor light. In a striking contrast, the sofa wall unites rusted thin bricks with warm wood, reflecting the house’s unique character.
Adjacent to this area, black iron stairs rise upwards, drawing the eye as a secondary focal point. These stairs lead to the heart of the home: the dining and kitchen space. Continuing the theme of exposed concrete, this area promises to be a central gathering spot for friends and family. Unenclosed transparent windows extend the dining area, offering expansive outdoor views.

The entire house exudes simplicity and practicality, creating an inviting and comfortable living space. Its straightforward design and thoughtful material choices harmonize to form a modern, down-to-earth residence that fully embraces its countryside setting.
