Metricon’s Modena: Inspired by Coastal Queensland
Metricon’s Modena, from the Signature series, showcases modern design inspired by Queensland’s coastal lifestyle. It features high ceilings that let in plenty of natural light. Large doors and windows also bring in fresh breezes and offer beautiful views.
Spacious and Modern: Open-Plan Living
The Modena’s two-story layout impresses with its clean, modern look. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open-plan kitchen with a butler’s pantry. This area opens to a big dining room and living space. There’s also a huge alfresco entertaining area, connected by bi-fold sliding doors. These doors can open up completely, blending the indoor and outdoor areas together.
Blending Indoors with Outdoors
The design of the Modena blurs the lines between inside and outside living. The dining room extends to an outdoor entertaining area, thanks to the bi-fold doors. This setup creates a wide, open space, perfect for hosting and relaxing.
