Situated at the Lake Ashi in Japan, Lake Ashi Home is a modern two-story house designed in 2016 by Starchitects.
About Lake Ashi Home
Set on a mountain ridge, the design elevates a single-story house. This makes it appear as if it’s floating in the sky. The location is within a national park. So, the view takes center stage. We then planned the interior with a monochrome theme to complement the vistas.
From this vantage point, you can see from Lake Ashinoko to Suruga Bay. And beyond that, majestic Mount Fuji dominates the horizon.
