This 4,500 sq ft mid-century residence located in San Mateo, California, has been completely redesigned in 2016 by MPADA.

Description

Originally built in 1951, this 4500 square foot residence is true mid-century modern. The home was completely rebuilt from the ground up to reflect the living of today’s modern family. Designed with an open floor plan and private quarters, the residence’s natural flow and large glass wall brings the outdoor indoors, creating an all year round experience. The architectural color palette is clean, simple, and natural celebrating color in the interior custom furnishings, with the an emphasis on art and family heirlooms.

This residence was selected to be part of Hillsborough/s Custom Kitchen Design Tour.
