This project breathes new life into a rural Mantua home while also expanding its footprint.
Historic Elegance Meets Modern Comfort
Inside the historic section, the ground floor now houses a living area. This space, formerly a barn, combines a kitchen and living room seamlessly. Meanwhile, the first floor transitions into a restful sleeping area, complete with bathrooms.
Strategic Expansion: From Utility to Leisure
The new addition serves several purposes. On the ground floor, it provides essential spaces: a garage, laundry room, and boiler room. Yet, upstairs, it transforms. Here, a spacious terrace unfurls, offering sweeping views of the countryside.
