This estate property just outside of Austin on 5.5 acres was screaming for a complete renovation. When Melisa Clement Designs bought it , the house was outdated and worn, but had lots of character and potential. Melisa went in with an upscale Spanish Modern remodel theme in mind, and truly made this home sing. All the bathrooms received extreme makeovers, and the kitchen was completely gutted to make way for her new design & layout. They even added an attic bedroom! Now this home is on the market & bright, open, and full of southern hospitality.
