About Mountain House

Introducing Horizon: A Unique Mountain Retreat

Horizon emerges as the inaugural pre-designed neighborhood nestled at an elevation of 9,000 feet (about 2743 meters) on Powder Mountain, Utah. This pioneering enclave boasts 30 cabins, each varying in size from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet (approximately 93 to 279 square meters).

The Masterful Design of Horizon

Harmoniously interspersed throughout Horizon are strategically positioned garages and a communal lodge, lovingly named the ‘Pioneer Cabin’, intended for homeowner use. Prospective buyers are given the choice of four distinct typologies. These designs either trace the mountain’s contours akin to mountain goats or project off the mountainside, embodying the spirit of extreme skiers.

Customized Cabins for Unique Living Experiences

Each cabin in Horizon is carefully tailored to the owner’s preferences, ensuring a unique living experience for every resident. This customization approach, when paired with the dramatic topography, results in a neighborhood that perfectly blends unity and variety.

Horizon’s Progress: A Construction Update

The first eight Horizon cabins have been successfully completed, with the remaining units presently under construction. This marked progress promises a captivating and diverse neighborhood, offering a new perspective on high-altitude living.
