Single-Family House is a modern two-story house located in Aversa, Italy, designed in 2022 by Giuseppe Albanese.
Description
The composition of the single-family villa is developed with two overlapping parallelepipeds orthogonal to each other. The overhang of the upper volume becomes the cover of the ground floor entrance.
The treatment of the extreme surfaces emphasizes the different volumes characterized by horizontal, vertical lines or smooth fields.
A garden with a swimming pool surrounds the house with a system of flower beds and trees.
