Designed by Paolo Pellegrini in 2022, this single-family residence is a harmonious blend of modern design and natural beauty, encapsulated within olive groves and Mediterranean flora.
The architectural ethos of Opeccellente is defined by its openness and integration with the landscape. The juxtaposition of robust reinforced concrete structures and lighter Poroton walls accentuates the house’s contemporary appeal, while the presence of traditional Apulian dry stone walls and local Trani stone paving pays homage to the region’s architectural heritage.
The heart of the residence is the covered veranda, which not only links the two main buildings but also provides access to an inviting swimming pool and a solarium area, complete with showers and sunbeds.
