Architecture studio naturehumaine has completed an intentionally opaque masonry-walled house in Austin, Canada, featuring a skylight and large windows that were strategically positioned to increase natural daylight within the interior. Palissade, which was designed and finished in 2024, has a gabled roof with a skylight illuminating its airy interiors, decorated with tactile materials and textures.
The M3R house by Naturehumaine is nestled in the Eastern Townships Forest, Sutton, Canada. Wrapped in scarlet red wood cladding, the home is designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings. Positioned near three streams, the home features living spaces on the ground floor and a garden-level guest area.
Located on the shores of Lake Memphremagog, in Cantons de l’Est, Canada, this contemporary lake house has been designed in 2021 by Naturehumaine [architecture+design].
