This renovation emphasizes entertainment spaces in the living room and courtyard, and upgrades the parents’ bedroom into a luxurious suite. The design integrates new and existing structures, featuring glass and iron partitions for privacy and harmony. A spacious, light-filled living room and a master suite with panoramic views blend seamlessly with the landscaped courtyard, complete with a pool, deck, and a pool house designed by Arteferro.

This project showcases minimalist design, inviting the landscape inside and creating an elegant, functional living space.

This impressive structure is characterized by a solid architectural concrete façade and contrasting materials on the other three sides. The dynamic shutter system allows the occupants to control the amount of sunlight and privacy, while the linear open-tread white iron staircase gives open views from the basement all the way up to the full height of the house. An open white iron room divider/shelving system further emphasizes the unique design of this property, making Ramat HaSharon (an affluent town in central Israel) even more attractive for homebuyers.

Located in Ramat Hasharon, Israel, PL Apartment is a 115 sqm (1231 sqft) apartment designed by interior designer Yael Perry in 2022.

Featuring a contemporary design style, it was designed for a couple with a girl and a dog who wanted a cozy and open plan. PL Apartment features a home office, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as custom made birch wood cabinets. Various design elements and materials, such as glass, oak wood dining table, black chairs, black natural stone, and terrazzo, were used to create a harmonious and modern whole.
