In a serene neighborhood near the heart of Ljubljana, we’ve crafted a luminous, contemporary apartment. Aimed at a globe-trotting young couple, this haven offers cozy retreats for their rare moments of leisure.
Cosmopolitan Elegance
The couple’s extensive travels inspired a cosmopolitan design: simple, elegant, and chic. A soft monochrome palette, accented with golden touches and pastel pink textiles, sets a sophisticated tone. The apartment’s highlight? Intriguing lighting that shifts ambiance throughout the day.
Upon entering, the bright hallway immediately delineates living and sleeping spaces. A wooden nook by the window offers a warm welcome.
The expansive living area seamlessly integrates three zones: a spacious kitchen with a breakfast island, a quaint dining nook, and a cozy TV space.
Gray wall dividers in the entrance do more than create an intimate dining area; they cleverly conceal the bathroom door.
The kitchen’s soft gray hues provide a perfect backdrop for white stone countertops (in light wood and copper accents).
Refined Comfort
Prioritizing comfort, we chose a dark textile sofa that transforms into a queen-sized bed. The TV cabinets double as extra seating for guests.
An elegant fireplace, centrally located, is visible from the kitchen island, the dining nook, and the sofa – perfect for chilly evenings.
The master bedroom echoes the living area’s gray, wood, and gold palette. Its tall headboard, pastel bedding, and soft curtains create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Vertical dividers cleverly separate the sleeping area from a large wardrobe.
Despite the bathrooms’ compact size, large mirrors on the cabinets visually expand the space. Ample storage in the corridor and bedrooms ensures a clutter-free, modern living experience.
