Urban Rooftop Living for a Creative Couple
Designed for a young, creative couple, this living space transcends the typical apartment feel, offering a house-like atmosphere atop a building. With panoramic city views, the apartment occupies most of the top floor.
A Blend of Functionality and Openness
The apartment is skillfully divided into functional zones, each boasting its own private terrace. The common area seamlessly merges a living room with an island sofa and wall projection, a dining room with a unique seven-seater table, and a minimalist kitchen into one cohesive space.
The private bedroom area creates a tranquil retreat, integrating a bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room into a single, intimate space.
Harmonious Contrasts and Cozy Ambiance
The interior’s character emerges from soft contrasts: rough and smooth textures, simple and elaborate materials, along with cold and warm shades, all blend harmoniously. Despite its industrial vibe and diverse materials, the interior radiates warmth, softness, and coziness.
