A Nature-Infused Loft in the Heart of the City
This 56 m² (602.78 sq ft) loft awakens the senses. It immerses its residents in nature, showcasing elements like water, stones, and lush vegetation. Furthermore, the Tauarí solid wood finishing evokes memories of stilt houses.
Sustainable Elegance
Adopting a minimalist approach, the space champions sustainability. Certified woods, recycled tiles, and photovoltaic panels on the roof underline this commitment.
Artistic and Contemporary Furnishings
Art and design intertwine effortlessly here. Deca bathroom fittings by Jader Almeida, furniture from Design Brasil Mobiliário, and the Diz armchairs by Sergio Rodrigues all attest to a curated taste.
