About RO Penthouse

Penthouse Panorama: Tel Aviv’s Crown Jewel

Nestled atop a luxury tower in Tel Aviv, a breathtaking penthouse spans an entire floor. Its residents enjoy an unparalleled, panoramic bird’s eye view of the city and sea. This vantage point reveals Tel Aviv’s rich, multifaceted urban tapestry. Indeed, the city’s pulse shapes every corner of the penthouse.

Intentional Design: Beyond Trends

Rather than succumb to fleeting trends, we crafted a space resonating with timeless elegance. The city’s dynamism serves as the pivotal design inspiration.

An Axis of Experience

The apartment aligns along a central axis, accentuating the east-west sunrise-sunset trajectory. This elongated wall not only dictates movement but also demarcates public from private zones. Intriguingly, this “smart wall” cleverly hides kitchen storage, refrigerators, a workspace, a family TV, and an entry to private quarters. Moreover, the wall showcases three-dimensional geometric compositions, evoking vitality. A special concrete powder finish gives it an edgy, unfinished feel.

Monochromatic Elegance

Elsewhere, a monochromatic theme reigns. White walls meet light terrazzo flooring, poured in place. This deliberate choice amplifies the apartment’s axis, magnifying the outdoor panorama. Even the ceiling light fixtures mimic the wall’s quadratic geometry.

Fluidity in Private Quarters

Private spaces boast bi-folding door systems. When open, these doors seamlessly interconnect rooms, creating a fluid experience.

Balcony Bliss

The balcony, a sanctuary of serenity, mirrors the interior’s clean-cut ethos. Finished in white Corian, it’s a harmonious extension of the apartment, ever reminding residents of the vibrant city below.
