About MIRO

Revolutionizing San Jose’s Skyline

MIRO reshapes San Jose’s skyline as the city’s tallest duo of towers. This new rental property breathes a cosmopolitan air into a warm, contemporary residential style. We skillfully designed all public areas, including twenty thousand square feet (1,858 square meters) of lobbies and amenity spaces. These areas span the ground and podium floors, leading up to the awe-inspiring sky deck. In every corner, MIRO flaunts a clean, sophisticated aesthetic with sleek materials, offering a living experience unmatched in the vibrant Bay Area.

Crafting Unique Spaces

Our work spans multiple floors in both towers, including two distinct lobbies, a gallery space, and fifth and sixth-floor amenity areas. Additionally, we’ve created two mesmerizing sky lounges. Here, dense, warm surfaces blend seamlessly with thoughtfully selected furnishings. This combination creates spaces that are simultaneously restorative and stimulating, both private and communal.

Each lobby presents a stark contrast; one dark, the other light. Both, however, skillfully utilize articulated wooden slats along walls and ceilings, creating distinct spaces complemented by smooth, polished marble. The east tower houses a dedicated gallery space, perfect for showcasing artists from local to international fame. This space is defined by thick concrete columns, minimalist yet luxurious seating, and dynamic lighting. The marble in both reception areas adds a touch of deep luxury, resonating with playful lighting and precise proportions.

A Refuge of Sophistication

The podium floor, connecting both towers, features a lengthy lounge. It’s furnished with deep, cozy chairs, globe lighting, and a warm fireplace, offering a sanctuary for relaxation. Right outside MIRO’s doors lies a world of endless possibilities. Meanwhile, the sky lounges provide a hospitality-inspired ambiance with a long light wood bar, a bookshelf filled with curated books, selected objects, and plants, crafting an environment of sophisticated comfort and allure.
