The project utilises balanced volumes and carefully placed openings to breathe life into an existing building, creating a warm, sophisticated interior with an elegant and understated material palette. Every detail is designed to ensure easy movement and comfort across all levels of the home.

Designed by Juse, Villa Monti is a striking example of modern architecture. Nestled in Valle d’Itria, Italy, this house was designed in 2025. Clean lines and authentic materials define the project, showcasing a continuous dialogue between architecture and the surrounding landscape, as well as between history and modernity. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls, Villa Monti reflects a balanced integration with nature and the region’s deep-rooted traditions.

Casa GZRM is a 2024 house located in Oleggio, Italy. The villa features a lighting design that enhances the spaces employed, and is by designer Laura Noè. It combines existing furnishings with new colour combinations to represent a perfect balance between comfort, functionality, and connection with nature.

Milan-based architecture and design studio m2atelier unveils the interior design of a private, design-forward residence housed inside one of Mario Botta’s iconic buildings in the Lecco town of Merate. Casa Concordia is a residential building located in Bolzano, Italy, designed by AREA Architetti in 2020. It’s part of an urban regeneration project that replaces a cinema and creates 22 housing units, as well as an underground garage for 40 cars.
