Casa Moro is a house located in Mar del Plata, Argentina. Designed by TAM Arquitectura, it features a striking blend of a wavy concrete mantle and a reflective floating volume, harmonising with its natural forested surroundings. This design style is emphasised by the creation of a central courtyard that serves as the heart of the home, alongside a verdant terrace that enhances the organic feel of the property.
Located in Dio Choria, Greece, The Slot House is a serene house that seeks to create a form of habitation that integrates discreetly and respectfully into the Cycladic terrain. Designed by Katerina Valsamaki Architects in 2025, the project features interior courtyards that introduce light and sky, while constructing an elongated canopy that signals the dwelling’s presence. Located in Mira, Italy, [FRA]me is a house designed by 3ndyStudio and finished in 2019. The project is characterized by three conceptual steps: duplication, overlapping, and rotation. These ideas create bright, dynamic interiors linked with the outside. The ground floor has a rectangular shape and is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool, and the upper volume, which is rotated and held up, doubles it.
Hillside House is a villa located in one of the central region’s towns in Israel, designed by Dan and Hila Israelevitz Architects for a family of five: a couple in their 50s and their three children—one teenager and two young adults. The home is brutalist, built in exposed concrete and spans three floors. The interior design is clean, refined, and minimalist—highlighting the extraordinary views framed by the large openings.
The clients presented an extremely narrow site in Thiruvanthapuram, India as part of their design brief. The resultant Narrow Brick House, designed by Srijit Srinivas Architects in 2022, features a house with a generous 117 sq.m. of built-up area on the elongated 283 sq.m. site. The light-touch minimalist approach also finds expression in the various interior design elements like wardrobes, shelving, fenestrations etc– all pared back to the bare minimum required.
