About RS Apartment

A Panoramic Design: The 520m² (5,597 sq ft) Vision

In this 520m² (5,597 sq ft) layout, rooms cleverly wrap around the apartment’s edge. Housing five suites, a combined living and dining area, plus a service spot, the design focuses on the outside views. With the entrance in the middle, rooms naturally fit along the facade, giving stunning views.

Where Simplicity Meets Comfort

Walking inside, you’ll find simple elegance mixed with a welcoming feel. A mix of local and global furniture, including pieces by Arthur Casas, gives the space its unique touch. On top of that, soft colors, along with stone floors and metal details, shape the living area. But, blue touches from the chair and artwork add a nice twist. On the other hand, the bedrooms use light oak for a cozy vibe.

Flexible Spaces: From Quiet to Lively

Even though it’s not their main home, the design cleverly switches between private spots and big gathering areas. Here’s where a sliding door works wonders. Closed, it offers a quiet space. Opened, it connects rooms, making them feel bigger. This idea also pops up in the couple’s bedroom, making it more versatile.

Showcasing Rio’s Beauty

In the end, every part of the design works together to show off Rio de Janeiro’s lovely views, a key theme throughout the project.
