About Duplex Apartment

Nestled in the heart of Paris, the Duplex Apartment reflects the unique blend of traditional style and modern creativity. Designed in 2024 by Rosko Family Design, this mid-century style residence offers a refreshing look at interior design, emphasizing comfort, artistic flair, and a deep connection to nature.

From Parisian Streets to Inviting Entryways

Upon entering the Duplex Apartment, guests are greeted by a grand foyer that seamlessly combines rich, dark wall colors with lush green furnishings. This entry sets the tone for a dwelling that respects heritage while embracing contemporary living. The striking dark doors contrast sharply with the soft, intricate ceiling detailing, providing a dramatic welcome.

Living Spaces That Speak Volumes

Moving deeper into the apartment, the living room boasts plush green sofas that invite relaxation and conversation, set against a backdrop of a massive, dark-toned vintage tapestry that tells a tale of the family’s legacy. The carefully chosen furniture not only complements the aesthetic but also enhances the room’s functionality, making it perfect for family gatherings.

The dining room reveals an unexpected feature—a concrete wall adorned with hand-painted frescoes of peony buds. This artistic touch adds a layer of uniqueness, marrying the rough texture of concrete with the delicacy of the floral artwork.

Adjacent to the dining area, a modern kitchen features sleek lines and state-of-the-art appliances, providing a perfect blend of form and function. This space is designed to cater to the culinary needs of a small French family while serving as a stylish hub for socializing.

Personal Touches in Private Quarters

The private areas of the Duplex Apartment, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, continue the theme of dark, intimate colors paired with vibrant accents. Each room is equipped with comfortable, contemporary furniture, ensuring that personal spaces feel both luxurious and inviting.

Rosko Family Design’s signature decorative ring appears here in the form of a berry wreath, symbolizing the family’s connection to nature and adding a pop of color that enhances the rooms’ dark walls.

The Duplex Apartment by Rosko Family Design in Paris stands as a prime example of how traditional elements can be woven into modern design to create a home that is both stylish and deeply personal. This project perfectly captures the essence of a family’s heritage while providing all the comforts of modern urban living.
