AIM Architecture and Norm Architects have completed an exclusive K House villa resort in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka – a secluded beach front property surrounded by exotic vegetation and stri-king views, with the architecture effortlessly blending in to the nature with large openings, soft transitions and natural materials.
A new hospitality space has been created by Pierattelli Architetture from the redevelopment of Palazzo Matteotti, a neoclassical building in Florence: the Italian studio has designed 6 apartments where the guest is at the centre of the project and the domestic atmosphere blends in with hotel facilities and comfort.
