Aquidneck collaborated with award-winning Estes / Twombly on this retreat, drawing inspiration from the traditional New England farmhouse. Perched atop four protected acres, Swede Hill House takes in the grand panoramas of Long Island Sound. The project is among the first in the state to register under the LEED for Homes program and will be seeking certification at Gold level.
