About Duplex Reina Victoria

Revitalizing a Two-Story Barcelona Penthouse

This 450 m2 (4,843 sq ft) penthouse, situated in the heart of Barcelona, spans two floors and includes exterior terraces. It recently underwent a comprehensive interior, decoration, and styling transformation.

Tailoring the Space to Meet the Owners’ Needs

The owners’ main goal was to create high-quality rooms and a new layout that catered to their preferences. As a result, all the spaces were reconfigured, restoring each area to its original essence and soul.

Maximizing Natural Light in the Day Area

The day area was positioned along the facade with abundant natural light to maximize hours of sunshine. The living room features a central fireplace, while the dining room provides an inviting space for gatherings. The terrace serves as an extension of the interior, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor areas.

Creating Inviting Suite Rooms with Contemporary Style

The suite rooms in the night area were designed using a contemporary and informal style. The warmth exuded by the diverse textiles and color palettes creates a personal, comfortable, and bright atmosphere. Throughout the house, various pieces of art have been incorporated, along with structures that showcase unique personalities and become focal points within the space.
