About Cheese Dairy Restaurant

A Unique Blend of Design and Gastronomy

The Cheese Dairy restaurant, our flagship establishment, nestles within a two-story house, offering a unique blend of homemade cheese and interior design. As you step into the restaurant, a bar and kitchen counter adorned with milk-white tiles immediately catch your eye, providing a window into the food preparation process.

Crafting a Harmonious Atmosphere

We’ve meticulously selected thin cross-sections of tree trunks, seamlessly integrated into a white panel, to create an inviting kitchen ambiance. Our design philosophy embraces smooth, bionic lines, eschewing sharp edges and corners to foster a sense of harmony and ease.

Textures and Tones: A Symphony of Sensations

Our team has poured their passion into curating a rich tapestry of textures – from velvet stucco walls and natural wood furniture to large fabric pieces, a solid oak floor, and porcelain lighting. These elements work together to create a flawless, effortless experience for our guests.

Handcrafted Details: A Touch of Authenticity

Every detail in our restaurant, from the solid oak tables and bent wood chairs to the handmade clay water jugs and sculptural candle holders near the fireplaces, has been carefully chosen to evoke a sense of familiarity and comfort. These treasures of design contribute to the well-known feelings that Cheese Dairy’s guests have come to love.

Inspired by Nature: A Palette of Warmth and Comfort

Drawing inspiration from the warm white hues of milk, lush greenery, and terracotta clay water jugs, we’ve crafted an interior design that harmonizes with the countryside style that Cheese Dairy is recognized for. We’ve also highlighted the ambiance of the historical building, using actual tree trunk textures to create collages against perfectly white smooth surfaces.

Spaces for All: Flexibility and Functionality

The first floor houses round tables for large groups of friends, and a French sofa sits by the windows, offering the flexibility for table rearrangement. Upstairs, two working fireplaces add a touch of warmth, one of which we renovated according to specific instructions, installing a well-known David statue’s head from the very first Cheese Dairy brewery factory.

A Symphony of Colors: Enhancing the Historical Charm

The bright tones of the historical building’s interior blend with point color accents. Deepening shades of mustard yellow, chocolate, and greenish colors form exquisite combinations with the antique walls. The maximum daylight penetrates the windows, instantly enlarging the space while reflecting off the white walls. In rooms with high ceilings, we use minimalistic decorative porcelain lamps to create warm accent lighting.
