About Wuhan 101

Wuhan: A City with a Story

Wuhan, where the big Yangtze River flows, stands tall and proud. With its rich history, it’s a city of heroes and great stories.

Wuhan 101: Mixing Comfort and Style

Shenzhen 31 Design, led by Huang Tao and Li Zhihong, designed the inside of this project. Placed in Wuhan’s busy center, this project is close to parks and easy transport options. So, the team blended the feel of a fancy hotel with the comfort of home. Together with Longfor Group and Qingneng Group, they introduced a fresh idea for top-class homes in Wuhan.

Inside Wuhan’s Heart

The first floor’s lobby is big and inviting. It shows off Wuhan’s spirit, and the background looks like the sunny Yangtze River. Plus, there’s a horse sculpture that connects to Wuhan’s love for horse racing, making it feel even more local.

But, good design is more than just looks. It’s about making people feel something special. The main hall on the ground floor feels like a hotel lobby. It connects the inside and outside smoothly. Simple things, like screens and stone pieces, catch the light and make the place look even better.

The Club: Where East Meets West

Thinking about what modern city folks want, the designers made spaces that are calm and fancy. The club feels like a special hotel area, with places like a cigar bar, a lounge, and even a yoga room. Also, the reception mixes Western and Eastern styles. From there, you can see the city and the beautiful sunsets over the Yangtze River. The tea room is a quiet spot, wrapped in the beauty of Asian designs. Cool things, like a fancy staircase and lots of glass bricks, add a special touch. There’s also a big pool, where you can relax and enjoy the city view.

To wrap it up, the homes are made to be calm, fancy, and comfy. They’re a peaceful spot in the middle of a busy city, letting folks enjoy river views and feel free every day.
