Commissioned in 2021 for Matanzas, Chile, Casa Kuvo is a minimalist marvel designed by Stanaćev-Granados in 2022. With a compact 70 m2 layout spread over two stories, this vacation rental showcases a unique blend of raw elegance and modern design.

The house, resembling a white prism measuring 6 x 6 x 6 m, stands out against the coastal backdrop of Matanzas. Its design aims to maximize floor space while harmonizing with the site’s weather conditions. On sunny days, the white facade accentuates the geometric simplicity, while on gloomy days, it almost blends into the mist.

Crafted for vacation rental purposes, Casa Kuvo boasts materials that age gracefully, reflecting a raw and durable aesthetic. Pine wood dominates the interior, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The carefully planned layout optimizes every corner, ensuring a sense of spaciousness and functionality.
