Marrying Tradition and Modernity in Estepona
Nestled on Estepona’s most traditional street, this house serves as a tranquil haven for its owners. Although we preserved the original façade, the interiors showcase a blend of classic materials and modern layouts. Linking every level, a black metal staircase stands out, owing to its meticulously designed, handcrafted thin profiles.
Versatile Ground Floor Design
The ground floor seamlessly integrates the living room, TV area, and an open kitchen. This continuum culminates in an Andalusian courtyard, adorned with vibrant Buganvillas. Consequently, the entire house basks in abundant natural light and enjoys a refreshing air flow.
Serenity on the Second Floor
Bedrooms and bathrooms occupy the second floor. Here, wood and textured materials harmoniously converge, exuding a calming ambiance.
Rooftop Views to Relish
Atop the house, a terrace beckons. From here, residents can marvel at the picturesque mountain vistas.
