Preserving the Landscape: The Art of Placement
Architects, in their quest to maintain tranquility and appropriateness, have masterfully integrated the house into the existing relief, thereby preserving the natural landscape. Upon entering the main door, you are immediately welcomed to the first floor, home to four luxurious bedrooms.

Descending to the ground floor, you find yourself in a common area that houses the kitchen, dining, and living zones. This level is the “heart of the house”, featuring a cozy fireplace that fulfills the family’s dream of a warm gathering spot. “I always wanted to have a massive living room so that we could gather together in the evenings by the fireplace,” confesses the client.

However, the compositional center of the ground floor is a staircase with wooden steps, transparent glass railings, and leather-covered handrails. This feature adds a touch of discreet elegance, organizing each area according to its function.
