About Tree House

Welcome to “Tree House” — a contemporary tree house in Cape Town, South Africa. Designed by Malan Vorster, this home is a modern escape that celebrates wood and glass, bringing nature inside.

A Modern Take on Arboreal Living

The Tree House stands amidst lush greenery, its cylindrical structure reminiscent of the trees around it. Vertical wooden beams reach up, creating a dynamic contrast against the clear blue sky. It’s not your childhood hideaway; it’s a sophisticated dwelling that blends with its surroundings.

Inside the Wooden Wonder

Step inside and the boundary between indoors and out blurs. A round dining area extends into the landscape, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Natural light floods the space, enhancing the warm wood interior.

Living Spaces That Breathe

In the living room, the same wooden beams that sketch the exterior curve overhead, forming an intricate ceiling that holds your gaze. Furnishings are simple and modern, ensuring that nothing distracts from the view.

Ascending the stairs, each step provides a new perspective. The bedroom is an airy retreat where glass panels give a sense of floating among the treetops. Here, you wake up immersed in the canopy.

The bathroom echoes the house’s theme with wooden accents and modern fixtures. Large windows ensure that even here, one feels connected to the natural setting.

Tree House is not just a place to stay; it’s a living experience where architecture and nature live in harmony.
