A Prominent Location’s Potential Unveiled
Nestled in a prime spot in Koper, the apartment initially presented a dismal state. Built in the early 70s, time had seemingly halted: outdated windows, a conspicuous absence of efficient heating, and an outdated floor plan.
Redefining Space for Modern Living
After multiple client consultations, a full-blown renovation emerged as the sole solution. We reimagined the two-bedroom space into a single-bedroom haven. The heart of this transformation? An expansive living area that seamlessly marries the kitchen, dining, and lounge. A cleverly designed pivot door, camouflaging as cabinetry when shut, delineates this space from the bedroom, hallway, and bathroom.
Bespoke Furnishing & Masculine Aesthetics
Custom-designed furnishings dominate the apartment. Whether built-in from wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-floor or floating elegantly, they exude sophistication. Drawing inspiration from the client’s passion for engineering, music, and art, we opted for a palette rich in resin, walnut veneer, anthracite elements, and brown leather. The result? A palpably masculine ambiance.
Future-Proofing with Flexibility
Moreover, our design ensures adaptability. With the simple introduction of a dry-wall, the apartment can effortlessly evolve into a family dwelling, complete with an additional bedroom.
