About Curvix

Batumi’s Panoramic Charm

Right in Batumi’s center, this top-floor apartment shows off great views of the busy Central Boulevard and the calm sea. The place has a cool design: a tunnel sits in the middle of two rooms. Designers used special concrete panels to cover this tunnel. This helps guests move easily from a smaller hallway into a big room.

Mixing Design and Coziness

You can see the design everywhere as the same concrete spreads from the walls onto the floors. But there’s also wood in the dining area, lounge, and bedrooms to make it feel homey. The comfy living room sits in the middle. On its right, you’ll find bedrooms, and on the left is where you can cook and eat.

The design keeps things simple. The plain concrete look is broken up by green plants. Big windows let you see the boulevard outside. The guest bathroom looks like the rest of the place, with small tiles covering the floor and going up to the ceiling. At first, they thought about selling the two parts of the apartment separately. But with good planning, they brought both parts together, making one big, nice space.
