About Nowsee

Redefining Urban Spaces

Cities are changing, and so are our shopping habits. Answering CR Land’s dream of modern property centers, Informal Design crafted a special space in Huizhou. Moving away from the usual, they created NOWSEE. It’s not just a place—it’s a glimpse into the future of community living.

Wanting to boost the value of this new space, Informal Design tackled everything. From choosing the right spot to branding and even future plans.

Located next to Park View Mansion’s sales spot, NOWSEE is more than a sales center. It’s set to be a key spot for shopping and meeting up in the community for years to come.

NOWSEE: A Fresh Urban Experience

NOWSEE isn’t just a shop. It’s a lively spot that captures many lifestyles and shakes up our city routines. In the midst of our busy lives, it offers a place to discover new things both outside and within ourselves.

Promoting a sense of wonder, NOWSEE turns city adventures into real, daily experiences. Unlike other spaces, NOWSEE mixes the vibes of city life and nature. It’s a hub for living, shopping, seeing art, and family fun. The goal? Make every day an adventure in the city and nature.

Spaces that Speak to the Soul

Starting at a community corner, NOWSEE shines with five outer blocks. Inside and out, the designs match. Plants, sidewalks, and soft lights weave into the main walking space, making city life come alive.

Swapping old, heavy doors and windows for clear ones, light now fills the space. This blend of community, streets, and city brings people together. And it tells many stories of community life.

Inside, there’s something for everyone. Be it cyclists, walkers, or groups of friends, it’s a spot to relax, chat, and enjoy.

Step Inside: A Breath of Fresh Air

Inside NOWSEE, there’s a feeling of calm and simplicity. The space is open, inviting you to wander and discover. At the heart of it all is the bar, linking different areas into one. And with regular changes in the shopping section, there’s always something new.

During the makeover, the team kept things simple and green. They saved many original parts and picked nature-friendly materials. The mix of granite and marble gives warmth. And the plants? They bring a touch of nature, making the space feel light and airy.

Thinking Green Every Step of the Way

Keeping it green was key. Small changes made a big difference. The team used ready-made parts and materials that fit together perfectly. Clear fixtures mixed with steel give a modern look. And the adjustable shelves? They’re perfect for showing off a range of items.
