Paris Meets New York: A Fusion of Elegance
Nestled on Victor Hugo Avenue in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, this apartment spans 180 m2 (1,937 sq. ft). The owner, a businesswoman split between the US and France, yearned for a blend: Parisian charm with New York penthouse luxury. Consequently, the 9-month project began. We tore down all existing walls and completely redesigned the space. Interestingly, we even relocated a load-bearing wall.
Undoubtedly, this was a remarkable project. Kréon managed all electrical work. Furthermore, we employed Marotte’s custom woodwork throughout. Lastly, the sleek kitchen? It’s a masterpiece from DADA ITALIA.
